Other than electricity, water, furniture, or wireless internet, we don't require you to have anything at the property. Wireless internet is required to utilize the google home, RemoteLock, and digital guidebooks we provide to guests. It also helps your property rating which will get you more bookings. Other than basic utilities and furniture, toiletries and other common household items are required but we coordinate with our turnover cleaning specialists to make sure your short-term rental property is always adequately stocked.
