When listing homes on these booking channels, we also make sure that all the booking calendars are synchronized to prevent double bookings. Cohost also has a recommended list of contractors for any time of home maintenance or repairs for the unexpected water heater failing, or similar occurrences.

Guaranteed Rent Package


Cohost will pay you a guaranteed monthly rent for your peace of mind.
We guarantee our homeowners a fixed rent and hands free management experience. Cohost takes on all expenses, responsibilities, occupancy and revenue risk. This is considered a 'Corporate Lease' or 'Master-Lease'.


Long-Term Rental Management Package


12% of gross profit. Own a property that is located in an area with strict regulations against short-term rentals? With this package, we manage your property for long-term tenants. This includes keeping your property occupied, maintained, and answering tenant questions. Services include: Tenant Screening, Rent Collections, Credit & Criminal Background checks, Property Inspections, Accounting & Monthly Reporting.


Marketing Only Package


8% of total revenue. This includes: Guest communication, calendar synchronization (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com), and Channel Management.
