Before you arrive at the property, you will receive an email and a message in the booking channel that you used to book your stay with us. In the messaging, you will find a link to the guidebook for the property. This will have the property address, your unique code to the smart lock, and recommendations for the area including places to eat, bars, attractions, and more.
